About the RoleWe are looking for an Account Manager – Client Servicing & Creative Strategy to manage client relationships while contributing actively to campaign and creative strategy.
This is a hybrid role for someone who understands that effective performance marketing requires more than campaign execution. You should be able to understand a client's business and objectives, identify opportunities, develop creative directions, brief internal teams, and work closely with media buyers to drive campaigns forward.
With a significant portion of our clientele focused on lead generation, a strong understanding of lead-generation funnels, audience behaviour, creative testing and performance metrics is key.
We are looking for someone who is analytical, proactive, commercially aware and comfortable taking ownership independently.
Key ResponsibilitiesClient Servicing & Account Management
• Manage day-to-day communication and relationships with assigned clients.
• Understand client objectives,
business models, target audiences and campaign requirements.
• Translate client requirements into clear internal briefs and actionable next steps.
• Proactively identify challenges, communicate them clearly and recommend solutions.
• Manage timelines, approvals, feedback and coordination across internal teams.
• Build strong, professional and consultative client relationships.
Creative Strategy
• Develop creative concepts and communication angles for performance marketing campaigns.
• Identify relevant hooks, messaging, offers, audience pain points and CTAs.
• Develop creative briefs for static and video assets, including the concept, copy direction and visual direction.
• Work closely with designers and content teams to ensure concepts are executed effectively.
• Review existing creatives and identify opportunities for iteration and testing.
• Develop creative variations based on campaign
