Invitation of application for Post Doctoral Position under Visvesvaraya Ph.D. Scheme

The Department of Computer Science and Engineering at Central University of Karnataka invites applications for a Post-Doctoral Fellowship under the prestigious Visvesvaraya PhD Scheme, implemented by the Digital India Corporation (MeitY, Govt. of India).

This is a one-year, full-time research position intended for highly motivated candidates with:
• A solid academic background
• A research proposal aligned with national or industrial priorities

Fellowship Details:

Consolidated monthly fellowship
₹ 1,08,393/- per month
2.
Contingency grant
₹ 1,00,000/- per annum
(disbursed on a pro-rata basis, e.g. ₹25,000/quarter)

Travel support for PDF awardees: Limited to
(a) visa fee and one-time travel support for overseas faculty/ applicant returning to India to take up the PDF assignment and
(b) participation in activities/events/workshops of the Visvesvaraya PhD scheme on invitation from PhD cell, DIC.
