Role Description The Co-founder will play a key role in defining Minit’s vision, strategy, and operational roadmap while driving day-to-day execution. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Vijayawada, involving hands-on work across operations, product development, customer experience, and basic financial oversight. Responsibilities include collaborating on menu and pricing decisions, overseeing procurement and kitchen operations, monitoring quality and hygiene, and ensuring smooth service delivery. The Co-founder will also help build and manage the team, develop local partnerships,



and support brand-building activities to grow customer reach. This role requires close coordination with other founders to make data-driven decisions and adapt quickly to market feedback.

• Experience or solid interest in food service, hospitality, or retail operations, with the ability to manage day-to-day workflows on-site.
• Practical business acumen, including basic understanding of budgeting, cost control, and revenue planning for an early-stage venture.
