Role Description The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) is a full-time, in office leadership role based in Agartala. The CEO will oversee the overall strategic direction of Jompoi, including defining long-term business goals, driving growth initiatives, and ensuring alignment with the company’s mission of connecting farmers and consumers through technology-enabled services. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing key functions such as finance, operations, sales,



and marketing; building and guiding the leadership team; and maintaining strong relationships with farmers, suppliers, partners, and customers. The CEO will monitor performance metrics, oversee budgeting and resource allocation, ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, and lead continuous improvement of the omni-channel platform and customer experience. The role also involves representing the company to stakeholders, investors, and community partners, and fostering an inclusive, high-performance culture.
Qualifications
• Strong financial acumen with experience in Finance and Business Planning, including budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation.
• Proven expertise in Operations Management, with the ability to optimize supply chains, processes, and service delivery in a retail or distribution environment.
• Demonstrated success in Sales and commercial leadership, including revenue growth, channel development, and customer relationship management.
