Key Responsibilities

Market & Customer Insight

• Study specific geographies to understand local credit needs.
• Perform behavioural analysis of consumers taking credit.
• Build the TAM and define target segments for the product.

Product Design & Roadmap

• Design user journeys and configure them on Yabx's sandbox workplace.
• Map the product roadmap to business priorities.
• Develop an understanding of various accounting models to support multiple credit products on the platform.

Regulatory & Market Readiness

• Scan and interpret financial guidelines in each market entered.
• Build market-specific regulatory and operational requirements into the product.

Delivery & Cross-Functional Execution

• Work with cross-functional teams to build support for product functionality.
• Interact with business analysts, partners, and business teams to finalise solutions.
• Coordinate with the testing team and partner systems to enable testing and delivery of developed features.

Required Skills

Functional

• Demonstrated ability to use data to drive critical results.




• Experience developing product documentation, user stories, and related material.
• Ability to create business cases and build the rationale behind product roadmaps and plans.
• Experience in non-traditional financial services, including building and delivering mobile-first application designs.
• Experience working on lending platforms — good to have.
• Experience in payments — good to have.
