We’re Hiring: Founding Event Marketing Manager | Pana Events
Location: Chennai On-Site
Company: MathiVerse Technologies Private Limited
Product: Pana Events
Pana Events is building the ROI-first Event GTM Platform — helping B2B teams turn event investments into measurable pipeline and revenue.
We’re looking for a Founding Event Marketing Manager to shape and own our event and field marketing strategy.
This is an early-stage role with real ownership. You’ll work across events, sales, marketing, customers, and product — not just execute events, but help us rethink how event marketing drives business outcomes.
What you’ll do
* Build and execute our events & field marketing strategy
* Identify and evaluate conferences, trade shows, sponsorships and partnerships
* Own events end-to-end — strategy, budgets, vendors, execution, and reporting
* Build pre-event campaigns to engage target accounts and prospects
* Drive meetings and meaningful conversations around events
* Partner closely with sales before, during, and after events
* Improve lead capture, qualification, routing,
and follow-up
* Measure engagement, opportunities, pipeline, and event ROI
* Build repeatable event playbooks as we scale
* Speak with customers and prospects to understand their event workflows
* Bring customer insights back to our product and GTM teams
What we’re looking for
* Experience in B2B event marketing, field marketing, demand generation, or similar hands-on experience running conferences, sponsorships, exhibitions, or field programs
* 3 to 6 years of experience in Event Marketing
* Solid understanding of how events contribute to pipeline and revenue
* Experience working closely with sales/revenue teams
* Familiarity with CRM, marketing automation, and event technology
* Strong project management and communication skills
* Comfortable working in a fast-moving, early-stage environment
B2B SaaS, MarTech, or EventTech experience is a plus, but not mandatory.
