Role Description The Business Development Manager is a full time role based in the Greater Bengaluru Area, with a hybrid work arrangement that allows some work from home.

This role is responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, nurturing relationships with prospective and existing clients, and expanding Gradiante’s presence in target markets for HRMS & other AI products.

Day-to-day responsibilities include researching potential clients, developing outreach strategies, conducting presentations and proposal meetings,



and collaborating with internal teams to tailor solutions to client needs.

The Business Development Manager will also manage the sales pipeline, negotiate contracts, track performance metrics, and provide feedback to inform service offerings and go-to-market strategies.

Qualifications

• Business development and sales skills, including lead generation, opportunity qualification, and negotiation.
• Client relationship management capabilities, with experience in stakeholder engagement and account growth.
• Strong communication skills, including presentation, storytelling, and professional writing for proposals and pitches.
• Strategic thinking and analytical skills to assess markets, interpret data, and shape go-to-market plans.
• Understanding of organizational development, culture change, or related consulting services is highly beneficial.
