THE ROLE
We're looking for a dedicated Faculty Member from a nursing background to teach, mentor, and inspire the next generation of rural healthcare professionals.

Position: Faculty

Qualification: GNM or B.Sc. Nursing

Experience required:
- 2 years of clinical experience
- 1 year of teaching experience

WHAT YOU'LL DO
✦ Lead theory and practical training sessions
✦ Conduct internal assessments and student evaluations
✦ Organize workshops, seminars, and webinars
✦ Design engagement programs and learning strategies




✦ Identify students with learning difficulties and run support classes
✦ Drive innovation in pedagogy to improve student outcomes
