This role includes administering HR policies and procedures, managing employee perks, and maintaining accurate personnel records. The specialist will assist in recruitment and onboarding, coordinate performance management processes, and help address employee relations matters in a professional, inclusive manner. Day-to-day responsibilities also involve supporting compliance with local employment regulations, organizing HR-related training and communications, and collaborating with managers to ensure consistent application of HR practices across the organization. The role requires strong attention to detail, confidentiality, and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams in a global, clinical development environment.

Qualifications

• Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and offer coordination.
• Handle day-to-day HR operations, including onboarding, employee documentation, attendance, leave, and HR records.




• Coordinate with department heads to understand manpower requirements and hiring needs.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
• Coordinate interviews and maintain recruitment trackers, HR MIS, and hiring reports.
• Support employee engagement, performance management, training, and retention activities.
• Handle employee queries and coordinate with relevant stakeholders for resolution.
• Support implementation of HR policies, processes, and SOPs.
• Manage employee lifecycle activities, including joining, onboarding, internal movements, and exit formalities.
• Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Good working knowledge of MS Office/Excel and HR MIS.

Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 4–5 years of experience in HR, with strong hands-on experience in recruitment.
