About EcomBuddhaEcomBuddha helps brands sell more on Amazon, with our own AI tools and a hands-on team behind them. We were founded by Naveen (CEO), an IIM Calcutta alum with 12+ years in retail and ecommerce including Cloudtail (Amazon India), and Karthikeya (CTO), who builds our AI platform. You'll lead creative for Godrej, Havells, Kohler, Legrand, Nippon Paint, Birla Opus, Microtek, Taparia and Celio, plus D2C brands across India, the US, the UK and Australia. Your work goes live and shows up in clicks and sales, and you'll shape the team, the standards and our AI tools directly with the founders.

The roleYou'll lead creative for ecommerce product content, ad creatives and brand communication, owning each project from client brief and pitch through concept, presentation and production to final delivery. We want someone with the maturity to lead clients and teams, the curiosity to keep exploring recent creative possibilities, and the craft to make work that is both memorable and commercially effective.

What you'll do• Create and audit designs that sell.



Create and review listing images, A+ and brand store content, videos, social posts and ads. Check every design before it reaches a client for hierarchy, mobile readability, brand fit and marketplace image guidelines, and give designers specific, actionable feedback.
• Own copy that converts. Write and review product titles, A+ callouts, and brand and marketing copy that is SEO- and GEO-optimised and true to the client's tone of voice. Catch inaccurate or unproven claims and anything against marketplace policy.
• Lead creative with clients. Take briefs, present work and explain the thinking behind it. Make sure every product and feature is shown accurately, and set timelines you meet.
• Set the standards. Write down what "good" looks like: design and QC checklists, a copy style guide, briefing templates and SOPs from brief to delivery, so quality doesn't depend on who does the work. Update them as marketplaces and c
