Role Description The ARD Associates – Pharmaceuticals role is a full-time, on-site position based in Jaipur. The role involves supporting analytical research and development activities for pharmaceutical products, including method development, validation, and routine analysis. Responsibilities include preparing and reviewing protocols, maintaining accurate documentation, coordinating with clinical and research teams, and ensuring adherence to regulatory and quality standards. The associate will collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to support clinical operations, contribute to data analysis and reporting, and assist in continuous improvement of laboratory practices. The role also requires maintaining compliance with safety procedures and contributing to project timelines and goals.

Qualifications
• Ability to work with and develop clear Protocol documents and related study procedures.
• Experience collaborating with Clinical Research Associates and multidisciplinary research teams.




• Knowledge of Clinical Trials processes, including study setup, monitoring support, and documentation.
• Strong Research skills, including data collection, analysis, interpretation, and reporting.
• Understanding of Clinical Operations, including coordination between laboratory, clinical, and regulatory functions.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or a related discipline.
• Familiarity with analytical techniques (e.g., HPLC, GC, spectroscopy) and valuable laboratory practices.
• Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a regulated environment.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively on-site in Jaipur.
• Knowledge of applicable regulatory guidelines (such as ICH, GCP, GLP) is an advantage.
