About the Role:
• We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to drive growth across our Clinical Research Organization’s bioavailability/bioequivalence (BA/BE) and early clinical research services. The role involves acquiring domestic and international pharmaceutical clients, expanding existing accounts, and managing the complete commercial cycle-from opportunity identification and proposal development to negotiation, contract closure, and client retention. You will represent our 120-bed BE facility, 16-bed inpatient Phase I/II unit, and patient-based pharmacokinetic/pharmacodynamic (PK/PD) study capabilities, with a focus on complex generics, branded generics, and ANDA/NDA clients.

Key Responsibilities
• Develop and execute a business growth strategy for BA/BE and early clinical services.
• Identify current opportunities across geographies, therapeutic areas, and pharmaceutical client segments.




• Acquire new clients and expand relationships with existing generic, branded generic, and innovator pharmaceutical companies.
• Engage senior leadership and R&D;, Regulatory Affairs, and CMC decision-makers.
• Lead capability presentations, client discussions, commercial negotiations, and contract closure.
• Promote integrated BE and early clinical service offerings, including patient-based PK/PD studies.
• Prepare proposals, quotations, capability presentations, and service agreements.
• Manage pricing, deal structure, and margins to support profitable growth.
• Maintain accurate CRM records, sales pipelines, forecasts, and activity tracking using Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar tools.
• Provide regular business development reports to senior management.
• Monitor competitor activity, regulatory developments, and ANDA/NDA filing pipelines.
