About The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Analog Layout Engineer to join our agile team at SmartSoC Solutions Pvt Ltd. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and verifying high-quality full-custom analog and mixed-signal layouts for advanced semiconductor technologies. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of layout design principles, especially within FinFET technology nodes,



and have hands-on experience working with leading foundry processes such as Samsung, TSMC, or TI. You will collaborate closely with circuit designers and process engineers to ensure that the layout meets all performance, power, area, and reliability specifications while adhering to foundry design rules.

Qualifications

• 4 to 8 years of relevant experience in Analog/Memory Layout Design.
• Mandatory: Hands-on experience with FinFET technology or Samsung/TI/TSMC foundry process technologies.
• Strong experience in advanced technology nodes such as 2nm, 3nm, 5nm, or 7nm.
• Experience in custom analog layout, DRC/LVS/ERC/PEX closure, and layout optimization.
• Immediate joiners or candidates who can join within a short notice period are preferred.
