As a Site Head, you will be a critical member of the organization, responsible for developing and implementing Sales sourcing strategies that support the organization’s overall goals and objectives to serve an INR 5000 CR+ (and growing) revenue portfolio the organization.

About the role:

We are looking for a highly driven and operationally strong Site Head to lead end-to-end operations, sales performance, team management, and customer experience at the assigned project site.



The Site Head will be responsible for driving site-level business performance, ensuring operational excellence, managing cross-functional teams, and acting as the primary representative of the organization at the project location.The ideal candidate should have robust leadership capabilities, sales acumen, operational discipline, and prior experience in managing real estate project sites.
