Responsibilities

• Review and verify visa applications and supporting documents for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with immigration policies/regulations.
• Correspond with applicants to request additional information or documentation as needed, ensuring explicit,



concise communication throughout the process.
• Process and input applicant information into the appropriate systems, maintaining accurate records and databases.
• Evaluate visa eligibility based on the immigration checklist made for the purpose.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to gather necessary information and resolve any application-related issues.
• Stay up-to-date with changes in immigration policies, regulations, and procedures to ensure accurate and compliant processing.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing visa application inquiries and concerns professionally and promptly. Rope in the LIA when immigration advice is needed.
• Monitor application timelines and track progress, ensuring applicants are informed about their application status.
