Role Description The Human Resources Intern role is a part-time, remote position focused on supporting day-to-day HR activities. The intern will assist with recruitment processes, including posting roles, screening applications, and coordinating interviews. They will help maintain employee and intern records, track attendance, and support onboarding and orientation.



The role also includes contributing to HR documentation, assisting in the implementation of HR policies, and supporting communication between team members and HR management. The intern will collaborate with supervisors to ensure smooth HR operations and may participate in basic HR reporting and data entry tasks.
Qualifications
• Foundational knowledge of Human Resources (HR) and HR Management, with an interest in developing practical HR experience.
• Understanding of HR Policies and Employee Benefits, and the ability to assist in policy communication and documentation.
• Basic familiarity with Personnel Management, including maintaining records and supporting attendance tracking.
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree or coursework in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
