About The Role

We are looking for an Inside Sales to handle the complete sales cyclefrom lead generation and qualification to product demonstrations, conversion, and client onboarding.

The role involves working with retail stores, boutiques, jewellery stores, eyewear businesses, and event organisers. The ideal candidate should be confident on calls, comfortable conducting product demos, and strong in follow-ups and relationship building.

Key Responsibilities

• Work on leads generated through websites, marketing campaigns, and events.
• Qualify leads, understand customer requirements, and convert prospects into paying accounts.
• Conduct outbound prospecting through calls, WhatsApp, email, and other channels.
• Reach out to retail stores, boutiques, jewellery stores, eyewear businesses, and event organisers.
• Conduct product demos over phone/video calls and clearly explain platform features.




• Handle customer objections and drive the sales conversation towards closure.
• Maintain and manage the sales pipeline with regular and structured follow-ups.
• Track every lead and ensure timely movement from prospect to closure.
• Guide new clients through the complete onboarding process, including setup, catalogue upload, store/stall configuration, and QR activation.
• Act as the primary point of contact during onboarding and coordinate with internal teams for setup-related queries.
• Collect structured customer feedback and share relevant insights with the product and sales teams.
• Maintain accurate records in the CRM and regularly update lead status, conversion rates, and onboarding progress.
• Achieve individual sales and conversion targets.

Requirements

• 13 years of experience in Inside Sales, Telesales, Customer Onboarding, SaaS Sales, or Retail-Tech Sales.
