Job Description:
• Solving complex problems/challenges, bringing structure to quick-paced initiatives, and building partnerships across functions. You’ll help drive and influence strategic projects while working closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
• Understanding the entire project lifecycle from initiation to closure.
• Grasping technical aspects related to the project.
• Managing risks and ensuring quality.
• Effective communication with stakeholders. Leading and developing project teams.
• Managing project budgets.
• Tracking and Monitoring project progress.

Duties & Responsibilities:
• Partner with and manage cross-functional teams as part of the project you are supporting.
• Translate strategic goals into actionable project plans with clear timelines, deliverables, and success measures.
• Partner with functional areas like Sales, Marketing, Product, Finance,



and Operations to align on priorities and drive execution.
• Act as a connector—facilitating clear communication, building trust, and removing blockers across teams.
• Lead project updates, working sessions, and executive readouts with clarity and confidence.
• Maintain a pulse on progress, risks, and results—keeping all stakeholders informed and engaged.

Technical/Functional Skills:
• Problem solver (able to resolve common challenges as they appear)
• Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills (they are coordinating multiple aspects of a project in a fast-paced environment)
• Good communicator (identify and communicate issues and risks)
