Role Description The Field Collection Executive role at WeRize is a full-time, on-site position based in the Yavatmal district.
This role involves visiting customers to collect payments for loans and other financial products, providing clear explanations of outstanding amounts, and issuing receipts and confirmations. The Field Collection Executive will maintain accurate records of visits and collections, update customer payment status in company systems, and report daily activities to supervisors. The role also includes building and maintaining skilled, trust-based relationships with customers, resolving payment-related queries, and coordinating with internal teams to address discrepancies or issues. The individual will be expected to follow compliance guidelines, uphold ethical collection practices, and meet assigned collection targets.
