Who You Are: You are passionate about music, and help run the day-to-day operations of The Revolver Club, supporting inventory, sales, merchandising, and fulfillment while ensuring every customer has a outstanding in-store experience.
Key Responsibilities:
● Oversee day-to-day store operations and ensure the store runs smoothly ● Coordinate with internal team for record inventory, merchandising, and stock movement ● Manage sales, billing, orders, dispatches, and customer enquiries ● Handle customer enquiries & orders ● Support listening sessions, events, and community activities ● Maintain store presentation, organisation, and overall customer experience Requirements: ● Excellent communication, customer service, and organisational skills
