Role Purpose
Sri Narasu’s Coffee Company, established in 1926 with a century-old heritage in traditional South Indian filter coffee and instant coffee blends, is expanding its presence in Karnataka. We are seeking a performance-driven Area Sales Manager (ASM) to lead beat coverage, channel expansion, distributor network management, and sales team execution across General Trade (GT), Contemporary Trade (MT), and HoReCa across Bengaluru.

Key Responsibilities
• Primary & Secondary Sales Target: Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets across all product categories (Filter Coffee, Instant Coffee, Tea, Premixes, Masala & Spices, and Dairy Products).
• Distributor Management: Manage, evaluate, and expand the Stockist / Redistribution Stockist (RDS) / Super Stockist network across Bengaluru's clusters (North, South, East, and West).
• Retail Outlets & Numeric Distribution:



Drive numeric and weighted distribution across GT Kirana networks, regional modern trade (RMT) chains, and traditional coffee-serving food outlets/hotels (HoReCa).
• Sales Team Leadership: Lead, train, and manage a team of 8–12 Sales Officers (SOs) / Field Sales Executives (FSEs) to ensure high Beat Plan compliance and Strike Rate.
• Trade Marketing & BTL Execution: Implement local schemes, trade promotions, point-of-sale visibility (POSM), and sampling campaigns to compete with category incumbents.
• Commercial Discipline: Monitor distributor inventory turnover, outstanding receivables, claims settlements, and demand forecasting.

Candidate Profile
• Education: Graduate/Post-Graduate (MBA in Marketing/Sales preferred).
• Experience: 5–9 years of hands-on FMCG distribution experience, with at least 2–3 years as an Area Sales Manager handling Bengaluru GT/MT markets.
