About the Role:
• Support the monitoring and resolution of customer quality issues, including field and customer-line concerns.
• Develop a basic understanding of lithium-ion battery cells, modules and battery packs and their key components.
• Support warranty-related cases and technical queries from customers, in coordination with LGES HQ and relevant internal teams.
• Develop a working knowledge of Battery Management Systems (BMS) and key parameters such as current, voltage, temperature, SOC and SOH.
• Assist in investigating quality issues, identifying potential causes and supporting corrective and preventive actions.
• Understand customer requirements and pain points and support the team in developing appropriate technical solutions.
• Support preparation of technical reports, issue analysis and customer communications.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams and LGES HQ to ensure timely follow-up and closure of customer issues.
• Participate in technical discussions with OEM customers,



under the guidance of senior team members.
• Contribute to initiatives aimed at improving product quality, customer satisfaction and prevention of recurring issues.

Qualifications:
• Minimum Graduate (B.Tech/ BE), preferably a MBA with minimum 4 to 7 years of work experience

Required Skills:
• Basic to working knowledge of Battery Management Systems (BMS) and key parameters such as voltage, current, temperature, SOC and SOH.
• Experience in quality issue investigation, Root Cause Analysis (RCA), corrective/preventive actions and FMEA.
• Experience in handling or supporting customer complaints, warranty cases or field quality issues is preferred.
• Good organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to manage multiple technical issues and priorities.
