Key Responsibility
• Keep the CRM database updated with correct customer profiles, order details, and replacement histories.
• Track daily, weekly, and monthly pending complaint reports and escalation logs for management review.
Key Skills : Basic Excel , / Google sheet , Positive telephone etiquette and strong problem solving skills
