The Role
We're looking for a Product Manager to join our AI team and lead the development of our AI-augmented freight forwarding system. You'll shape product direction, turn user and business needs into clear requirements, and work with our engineers and domain experts to bring AI-driven features from concept to release. You'll own the roadmap, measure how the product performs, and keep pushing what AI can do for forwarders.

Key Responsibilities

Drive the product roadmap and priorities for our AI-augmented forwarding platform.
Translate forwarding workflows and user needs into transparent specs and user stories.




Expand how AI is applied across operations, sales and finance.
Work with developers and stakeholders to deliver features on time.
Track product performance and user feedback to guide improvements.

Qualifications

3–5 years of experience in product management, ideally in B2B software.
Understanding of freight forwarding or logistics operations is preferred but not required.
Experience with AI/LLM-based products and their practical applications.
Hands-on proficiency with AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, Claude Design or equivalent, used for research, specs, prototyping and day-to-day productivity.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work closely with technical teams and non-technical users.
Excellent written and verbal communication.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science or a related field.
