Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Recruiter role based in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India.



The Recruiter will manage end-to-end hiring activities, including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, conducting initial interviews, and coordinating further interview rounds with hiring managers. The role involves maintaining job postings, using multiple recruitment channels (job portals, social media, referrals), and building a strong talent pipeline for consulting and support roles. The Recruiter will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to understand workforce needs, define role requirements, and ensure a timely and effective selection process. The position also includes maintaining accurate recruitment records, supporting onboarding activities, and contributing to employer branding initiatives to attract and retain high-quality talent.
