Role Description This is a full-time, in office Business Development Executive role based in Durgapur.



The Business Development Executive will identify and pursue new business opportunities, generate leads, and build a robust sales pipeline across Toolsvilla’s target customer segments. The role involves conducting market research, engaging prospective clients through calls, meetings, and product demonstrations, and nurturing relationships to convert prospects into long-term customers. The individual will manage key accounts, coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth onboarding and post-sales experience, and track performance metrics to support continuous improvement. The Business Development Executive will also provide feedback from the market to help refine offerings, pricing, and go-to-market strategies.
