We're looking for people who can help The Callicarpa Co. discover and connect with potential clients.
That could mean finding businesses that could benefit from our services, reaching out to them, starting conversations, introducing them to Callicarpa and helping turn genuine interest into a client relationship.
We're particularly open to college students, freshers and people with little formal work experience.
Your experience doesn't have to come from a previous job.

Maybe you've worked in a college society.
Maybe you've handled sponsorship outreach.
Maybe you've volunteered with an NGO.
Maybe you've organised an event and had to convince people to participate.
Maybe you've run an Instagram page.
Maybe you're simply someone who's comfortable approaching strangers and starting conversations.

If you can show us that you can do the work, we're interested.

What You'll actually be doing,
Keep this conversational rather than corporate:
• Find businesses and brands that could be a valuable fit for Callicarpa.
• Reach out through LinkedIn, Instagram, email or other appropriate channels.




• Start conversations rather than blindly spamming people.
• Understand what a potential client actually needs.
• Introduce our services.
• Follow up with interested prospects.
• Work with us to move genuine leads towards a client.
• Keep track of the people you've contacted and where each conversation stands.

Who we're looking for
You might be a good fit if:
• You're comfortable talking to people.
• You can write a decent DM/email.
• You're willing to approach people you don't already know.
• You can research businesses and identify potential clients.
• You actually follow up instead of disappearing after one message. ?
• You can work independently.
• You can meet agreed deadlines.
• You're willing to learn.

Experience?Not required.
College societies, volunteering, event organisation, sponsorship outreach, personal projects and other experiences are all welcome.
