Overview
We are looking for a technically grounded RF Sales Engineer to drive business growth for Unisem’s wireless connectivity module portfolio. You will identify and develop recent OEM accounts while deepening existing relationships across our target verticals.
Key Responsibilities
A. Business Development
• Identify, prospect and qualify new OEM accounts
• Manage and grow a portfolio of existing accounts; build relationships with engineering (hardware, firmware), procurement and business teams at client organisations.
• Present and pitch Unisem’s BLE, BLE+Bluetooth and Wi-Fi+BLE module portfolio to technical and commercial decision-makers; articulate the value of Unisem’s IDH/ODM model versus standard catalogue solutions.
• Develop and execute account plans with quarterly and annual revenue targets; track design-win pipeline, opportunity stages and forecast accuracy.
• Represent Unisem at industry exhibitions, seminars, and semiconductor partner events
B. Technical Pre-Sales & Solutions Support
• Engage with client engineering teams to understand RF and connectivity requirements
• Collaborate with Unisem’s IDH / R&D; team to scope feasibility, define module specifications, and prepare techno-commercial proposals and NRE quotations for custom design engagements.
• Respond to RFQs and RFPs; prepare and deliver technical presentations, application notes and evaluation module proposals.
• Support prototype and sample requests; coordinate engineering samples and EVB delivery to clients to accelerate design-in and design-win closure.
• Stay current on RF/wireless technology trends, competing module offerings
C. Internal Coordination
• Coordinate with the R&D; / IDH team to align client requirements with module design timelines and communicate technical updates to clients.
• Work with SCM on component lead times, availability and pricing to set accurate delivery commitments in proposals.
• Liaise with Finance for customer credit terms, payment terms in proposals, and collect
