Responsibilities
• Generate and close high-value real estate sales through direct sourcing and channel partners.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, and brokers.
• Conduct site visits, project presentations, and negotiations to achieve successful sales closures.
• Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies.
• Maintain accurate sales pipeline, MIS reports, and sales forecasts.
• Collaborate with Marketing, CRM teams to enhance the customer journey.
Eligibility
• Minimum 2+ years of experience in Real Estate Sales (Mandatory).
• Solid expertise in lead generation, client acquisition, negotiation, and deal conversion.
• Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
• Minimum graduation or MBA is preferred.
• Self-motivated and target driven.
