About the Role
This is a senior client-facing role that combines FX market expertise, consultative sales, relationship management, and people leadership. The ideal candidate will bring robust knowledge of FX markets and financial instruments, a commercial mindset, and the ability to guide both clients and internal teams with clarity and confidence.
You will manage a team of 3–6 members, work towards business and revenue goals, and ensure that client satisfaction remains at the centre of every engagement. A key part of the role will also involve mentoring team members, identifying their growth areas, and helping them build long-term capability.
