Role Description The Dialysis Technician is a full-time, in office role based in Haldwani, responsible for supporting the delivery of safe and effective hemodialysis treatments. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing and operating dialysis equipment, setting up treatment stations, and ensuring all consumables and machines meet clinical and safety standards. The role involves monitoring patients during dialysis, recording vital signs, reporting any significant changes to medical staff, and assisting with basic patient care and comfort. The technician will follow established protocols for infection control, equipment maintenance, and documentation,



while collaborating with nurses and physicians to provide consistent, high-quality care.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in dialysis and hemodialysis procedures, including machine setup and operation.
• Demonstrated skills in patient care and monitoring, with the ability to observe, record, and respond to patients’ needs during treatment.
• Ability to accurately measure and document vital signs and other clinical parameters as per protocol.
• Basic understanding of medicine related to renal care and dialysis, and ability to follow clinical instructions from licensed practitioners.
• Relevant certification or diploma in Dialysis Technology or a related allied health field; prior experience in a dialysis center is preferred.
• Knowledge of infection control practices, equipment cleaning and maintenance, and safety standards in a clinical setting.
