Key Responsibilities
• Manage assigned vacancies through sourcing, screening, interview coordination and joining follow-ups
• Plan and execute monthly employee engagement activities
• Conduct and document 30-day and 60-day current joiner connects
• Track employee feedback and ensure timely closure of action points
• Coordinate half-yearly eNPS surveys and employee communication
• Support employer-branding initiatives, employee stories and culture-related content
• Maintain accurate HR trackers, MIS and follow-up records

What we’re looking for
• MBA / PGDM / Master’s degree in Human Resources
• 1–2 years of relevant HR experience
• Exposure to employee engagement, onboarding, talent acquisition and employer branding




• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Good working knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets
• Strong follow-up and execution mindset
• Someone who is approachable, organised, responsive and comfortable interacting with employees across levels
