Job Description

Reports To: VP - Finance & C.S.

Supervisory Responsibilities: No

Key Responsibilities

Perform day-to-day accounting tasks, including but not limited to accounts payable, general ledger entries, and

bank reconciliations.

Process invoices, expense reports, and other financial transactions accurately and in a timely manner, ensuring

compliance with company policies and relevant regulations. Ensure invoices are processed and paid in accordance

with payment terms.

Collaborate closely with the US-based accounting team to ensure accurate and timely communication of financial

data and reports.





Prepare and maintain financial records, documents, and reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual financial

statements.

Assist in the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and financial analysis to support decision-making processes.

Reconcile discrepancies and resolve any issues related to financial transactions and records.

Assist with tax-related matters, including indirect taxes, income taxes, and withholding tax calculations, ensuring

compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

Monitor changes in accounting regulations and best practices, and ensure the company's accounting processes

remain compliant.

Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the accounting

function.

Provide support during external audits and collaborate with auditors as needed.

Maintain confidentiality of financial and sensitive company information.
