Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Senior Sales Manager / Business Development Manager to drive end-to-end sales across the India and US markets.
The ideal candidate will be a robust hunter and consultative seller who can generate leads, build relationships, conduct product discussions, manage the sales pipeline and close deals independently.
Key Responsibilities
• Generate leads through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn, networking, referrals and other outbound channels.
• Manage and convert inbound enquiries from digital marketing and website campaigns.
• Identify and engage CXOs, HR Heads, IT Heads, Finance Heads and other decision-makers.
• Own the complete sales cycle from prospecting and qualification to proposal, negotiation, closure and handover.
• Conduct discovery calls, requirement-gathering sessions, presentations and product demos.
• Sell ERP,



HRMS and other enterprise software solutions based on customer requirements.
• Prepare proposals, quotations and commercial offers.
• Handle objections, negotiate commercials and drive opportunities to closure.
• Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline for India and the USA.
• Nurture existing accounts and identify cross-sell, up-sell and referral opportunities.
• Maintain accurate CRM records, sales stages, follow-ups and forecasts.
• Track competitors, market trends and new business opportunities.
• Coordinate with product and technical teams for solution discussions and demonstrations.
• Work with US prospects across different time zones when required.

Required Skills and Experience
• 5+ years of experience in B2B sales or business development.
• Experience in SaaS, ERP, HRMS, CRM, IT services or enterprise software is preferred.
• Proven experience in lead generation, consultative selling and closing deals.
• Experience managing the complete sales
