The Opportunity
We are looking for a Growth & Revenue Manager who can build and manage our revenue-generation engine. This is not a traditional sales-management role. You will be responsible for deciding who WorkSaar should target, how we should reach them, what offers and funnels we should build, and how we convert qualified opportunities into revenue.
A major part of this role will be taking ownership of our existing business contacts, turning the database into meaningful customer segments, designing campaigns and funnels, and building a repeatable lead-to-revenue process.
