About Us:
Riyanshi Welfare Foundation (CIN: U88900UP2024NPL210841) is a Section 8 Non-Profit Organisation working on youth empowerment and education. After UP, we are now expanding in South Kolkata with our flagship initiative Behala Youth Parliament & Youth Dialogue 2026.

Role: Youth Outreach Coordinator (Full-Time Internship)

Responsibilities:
1. Visit schools and colleges in Behala, Tollygunge, Jadavpur, New Alipore daily
2. Fix and conduct meetings with Principals, HODs, and Teachers-in-charge
3. Present our Youth Parliament and Youth Dialogue events and drive student registrations
4. Identify potential local sponsors (coaching centres, cafes, book stores,



local businesses) and close sponsorships
5. Coordinate on-ground activities and support during main events

Who Can Apply:
- Based in South Kolkata (Behala/Tollygunge preferred)
- Excellent communication in Bengali, Hindi & English
- Confident, extrovert, willing to do field work (This is NOT a Work From Home role)
- Interest in social work, youth leadership, event management

Internship Details:
Duration: 6 Months
Stipend: Rs. 2000-3000 per month + Travel Allowance + Performance Incentive on Spons
