Responsibilities
• Own and manage core HR operations including onboarding, offboarding, leave management, and HR compliance
• Draft, implement, and continuously improve HR policies in line with applicable labour laws
• Act as the first point of contact for employee grievances, conflicts, and disciplinary matters
• Partner with leadership on performance management, appraisals, and compensation planning
• Drive recruitment coordination and support hiring managers through the interview process
• Manage statutory compliance including PF, ESI, POSH, and other applicable labour regulations
• Build and maintain a solid, transparent, and people-first culture across the organisation
• Own HRMS (Keka) administration — employee records, leave tracking, and payroll coordination
• Support and advise managers on people-related decisions with a balance of empathy and busine
