Key Responsibilities:
• Provide technical support for CMM and metrology systems to ensure maximum uptime and customer satisfaction
• Conduct AMC, preventive maintenance, and calibration of CMM systems across customer sites
• Support in-house part inspections and verification activities.
• Read and interpret engineering drawings and GD&T; standards




• Deliver remote support via AnyDesk, TeamViewer, or on-site visits
• Collaborate with sales and application teams to support technical queries and commercial activities

Skills & Qualifications Required:
• Diploma / Degree in Mechanical, Mechatronics, or Industrial Engineering
• 5–10+ years of experience in CMM/metrology support, service, or application engineering
• Strong knowledge of GD&T; and engineering drawings
• Hands-on experience with CMM installations, retrofitting, calibration, and AMC services
• Familiarity with CMM controllers and software
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
