Key Responsibilities

• Deploy, configure, manage, and maintain AWS and on-premise infrastructure environments.
• Build and manage scalable, secure, and highly available cloud infrastructure.
• Design, implement, and support CI/CD pipelines for application delivery and deployment automation.
• Deploy and manage containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes.
• Manage Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform, CloudFormation, Ansible, and similar tools.
• Monitor infrastructure, applications, and services to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
• Perform troubleshooting, incident resolution, and root cause analysis for application and infrastructure issues.
• Manage application log collection, backup, retention, and analysis activities.
• Configure and troubleshoot load balancers, web servers, and reverse proxies such as Nginx.
• Troubleshoot networking issues related to routing, connectivity, VPNs, DNS, firewalls, and cloud networking.
• Support deployment and management of microservices-based architectures and distributed systems.




• Collaborate with development teams to improve deployment processes, platform reliability, and operational efficiency.
• Escalate unresolved issues to appropriate technical teams and drive them to closure.
• Maintain operational documentation, runbooks, and knowledge repositories.
• Implement security best practices, vulnerability remediation, and infrastructure hardening measures.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives focused on automation, reliability, scalability, and platform optimization.

Required Technical Skills

• 2-5 years of experience as a DevOps Engineer, System Engineer, Cloud Engineer, or similar role.
• Solid hands-on experience with AWS services including EC2, ECS, EKS, ECR, Route 53, SES, ElastiCache, RDS, Redshift, CloudFormation, and related services.
