Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and professional Resident Cook to prepare high-quality meals for a VIPThe ideal candidate should have solid experience in Indian Cusine and Continental cuisine, with Arabic cuisine experience considered an advantage.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare daily meals according to the VIP family's preferences and dietary requirements.
Prepare a variety of Indian and Continental dishes to a high standard.
Arabic cuisine knowledge and experience will be an added advantage.
Maintain excellent taste, presentation, hygiene, and food quality.
Plan menus and assist with meal preparation and ingredient requirements.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen.
Follow proper food safety, storage, and hygiene standards.
Manage kitchen ingredients and minimize food wastage.
Adapt menus according to special occasions and guest requirements.
Requirements
Minimum 3+ years of professional cooking experience.
Experience working in a VIP preferred.
Strong experience in Indian & Continental cuisine.
Arabic cuisine experience is an advantage.
Candidates with 3-star or 5-star hotel experience are preferred.
Good knowledge of food hygiene and kitchen safety.
