Key Responsibilities:
Develop, customize, and manage AEM Sites components, templates, workflows, and services.
Implement and optimize AEM content management solutions, ensuring seamless integration with enterprise applications.
Work with JCR (Java Content Repository), Sling, OSGi services, and Apache Felix for AEM development.
Develop custom components, dialogs, and client libraries to enhance AEM’s functionality.
Optimize AEM sites for performance, security, and scalability.
Work closely with UI/UX teams to implement responsive, user-friendly web pages using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Sightly (HTL).
Integrate third-party APIs, RESTful web services, and external systems with AEM.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to AEM configurations, permissions, and workflows.
Follow best practices for code quality, version control (Git), and CI/CD deployment.

Required Skills & Qualifications:




4+ years of experience in AEM development (AEM 6.x or later).
Solid knowledge of AEM Sites, JCR, Apache Sling, and OSGi frameworks.
Proficiency in Java, JSP, and Servlets for backend development in AEM.
Experience with AEM Core Components, Content Fragments, and Experience Fragments.
Familiarity with Sightly (HTL), CSS, JavaScript, and front-end frameworks.
Hands-on experience with AEM Dispatcher configurations and performance tuning.
Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Git, and DevOps tools.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in an Agile development environment.

Nice to Have:
Experience with AEM as a Cloud Service (AEMaaCS).
Understanding of GraphQL and Headless CMS architecture.
