We are looking for an energetic and target-driven Field Sales Executive to join our team.

Job Details:
• Position: Field Sales Executive
• Job Type: Full-time
• Salary: ₹30,000- ₹40,000 per month
• Incentives: Additional incentive for every successful publisher onboarding
• Work Type: Field Sales / Publisher Acquisition
• Field Area: Primarily within a 4 KM radius of our office

Key Responsibilities:
• Visit potential publishers in the field within approximately 4 KM of the office.
• Introduce and explain our platform to publishers.
• Convince and onboard publishers onto our platform.
• Build relationships with local publishers and potential partners.
• Explain the advantages, features, and onboarding process of the platform clearly.
• Complete publisher registrations and assist them through the onboarding process.
• Follow up with interested publishers to ensure successful onboarding.
• Maintain a daily record of visits, leads, follow-ups, and completed onboardings.
• Achieve daily, weekly,



and monthly publisher onboarding targets.
• Coordinate with the internal team for onboarding support and issue resolution.

Who We’re Looking For:
• Comfortable with field sales and meeting people in person.
• Good communication and convincing skills.
• Confident, energetic, and target-oriented.
• Comfortable travelling locally around the office area.
• Ability to build relationships and generate leads through direct visits.
• Previous experience in field sales, business development, merchant acquisition, or onboarding is preferred.
• Freshers with strong communication and sales skills can also apply.

Compensation:
• ₹30,000- ₹40,000 monthly salary.
