Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Sales Assistant at SentLogic. The Sales Assistant will support the sales team by handling inbound inquiries, qualifying leads, and coordinating follow-ups across email and social channels. Daily tasks include maintaining accurate records in the CRM, preparing basic sales reports, scheduling meetings and demos, and assisting with prospect outreach. The role also involves collaborating with marketing and customer success to ensure smooth handoffs, organizing sales materials,



and providing responsive customer service during the sales process.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

✓ Call the leads generated by the company and qualify them

✓ Understand the prospect’s requirements and explain how Sentlogic can help

✓ Schedule demo calls with interested prospects

✓ Conduct proper product demos for Sentlogic

✓ Follow up with prospects after the demo

✓ Handle objections and answer sales related questions

✓ Close deals and convert prospects into paying customers

✓ Handle initial customer support after the sale

✓ Maintain proper follow ups and update lead status

✓ Work with the team to improve the sales process and conversion rate

MUST HAVE

✓ SaaS sales experience is MANDATORY

✓ Previous experience selling SaaS/software products

✓ Must be comfortable making sales calls

✓ Must know how to conduct a product demo

✓ Must be positive at handling objections
