Role Description The Advocate will provide end-to-end legal representation in criminal, civil, and family law matters, with particular emphasis on criminal litigation. Day-to-day responsibilities include client consultations, case assessment, legal research, drafting pleadings, applications,



and other court documents, and preparing case strategies. The role involves regular appearances before trial courts, Sessions Courts, and the Hon’ble High Court, conducting arguments, cross-examinations, and attending hearings at various stages. The Advocate will also coordinate with clients, colleagues, and external stakeholders to ensure timely case progress and maintain accurate case records and documentation. This is a full time, on-site role based in the Pune Division.
Qualifications
• Strong foundation in criminal law, with knowledge of special statutes such as MCOCA, POCSO, NDPS, MPID, SC/ST (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, and Maharashtra Prohibition Act.
