Role Description The Business Development Associate is a full time remote role responsible for identifying and cultivating opportunities to grow Bleep’s learner base and institutional partnerships. Typical day-to-day activities include generating and qualifying leads, conducting market research to understand target audiences and trends,



and preparing and delivering presentations to prospective learners, partners, and organizations. The role involves managing outreach campaigns across multiple channels, maintaining a structured pipeline in CRM tools, and collaborating with marketing and product teams to align messaging with program offerings. The Business Development Associate will also track performance metrics, provide feedback on market needs, and support relationship-building efforts that strengthen Bleep’s presence in the EdTech and technology training space.
