• Primary skills:Technology->Package Testing->PEGA Testing
Analyze business requirements, functional specifications, and user stories. Design and execute test scenarios, test cases, and test scripts for PEGA applications. Perform Functional, Regression, System Integration, End-to-End, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT). Validate PEGA workflows, business rules, case management processes, decision tables, and SLAs. Test PEGA applications for workflow routing, case lifecycle management, and business process automation. Perform API and web service testing for PEGA integrations. Conduct database validation and data reconciliation testing. Identify, log, track, and retest defects through closure. Work closely with development and business teams to resolve issues. Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives. Prepare test execution reports and quality metrics.
