? Key Responsibilities
• Manage and maintain z/OS systems for high availability and stability
• Perform IPL, system configuration and workplace readiness activities
• Manage batch workloads using JCL, SDSF and scheduling tools
• Install and maintain system software using SMP/E
• Provide L2/L3 production support and perform RCA
• Support CAB processes, technical changes and deployments
• Participate in DR drills, recovery and failover activities
• Support migration from CA tools/software to IBM or alternative ISV products
• Collaborate with CICS, DB2, IMS, MQ and Storage teams
