Vismiintrend is a rapid-growing Indian bags & lifestyle brand, with a strong product and manufacturing backbone. We design and manufacture handbags, backpacks, laptop bags, school bags, travel bags and lifestyle accessories.
We have built the business through marketplaces and online channels. Now, we want to build something much bigger:
A recognizable brand that people actively follow, talk about, aspire to own and recommend.
We are looking for a Social Media & Brand Growth Manager who can take ownership of this mission.
This is not a role for someone who simply knows how to schedule posts or create Canva designs.
We want someone who understands content, culture, storytelling, branding, creators, Instagram, Reels and consumer psychology — and knows how to turn all of that into measurable business growth.




What You Will OwnYou will be responsible for building Vismiintrend's social presence from the ground up and making social media a major brand-growth engine.
1. Build the Vismiintrend Brand on Social• Develop and execute the social media strategy for Instagram and other relevant platforms.
• Define the brand's content pillars, tone of voice and visual identity.
• Make Vismiintrend feel like a brand, not just another bags seller.
• Build a strong and recognizable visual and content language.
• Identify what makes our products and story interesting and turn those differentiators into content.

2. Make Great Content HappenYou will be expected to be deeply involved in the entire content process:
Idea → Concept → Shoot → Edit → Publish → Analyse → Improve
This includes:
• Reels
• Product videos
• Lifestyle content
• Founder-led content
• Behind-the-scenes manufacturing stories
• Fashion/styling content
• Educational content
• UGC
• Customer stories
• Campaigns
