Dream Of is a new-age haircare brand reimagining what haircare looks like for India — high-performance, sensorial products designed for real Indian hair, weather and lifestyles.
We’re looking for a Performance Marketer to own and scale our paid growth across Meta and Google, with a sharp eye for numbers, creative testing and e-commerce performance.

The Role: You’ll be responsible for planning, executing and optimising performance marketing campaigns across our digital channels.
We’re looking for someone who doesn’t just report numbers - you understand why they moved, what to test next, and how to turn data into growth.

What we're looking for:
• 1–5 years of experience in Performance Marketing
• FMCG / beauty / personal care experience
• Strong hands-on experience with Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
• Strong working knowledge of Google Ads — Search, Shopping, Performance Max and Display
• Experience with campaign optimisation, audience targeting and conversion tracking
• Ability to interpret metrics such as ROAS, CPA, CAC, CTR and conversion rates
• Familiarity with GA4,



Meta Pixel and other tracking tools
• Strong understanding of creative testing
• Comfortable working in office (Thane) in a quick-paced environment

Good to have:
• Experience scaling D2C / e-commerce brands
• Experience with Shopify
• Experience with influencer marketing strategy

What you'll do:
• Plan, launch and optimise paid campaigns across Meta and Google
• Monitor performance and identify opportunities to improve ROAS, CAC and conversions
• Develop and execute audience, creative and landing-page tests
• Work closely with the creative team to build performance-led ad concepts
• Analyse campaign data and turn insights into actionable next steps
• Track weekly and monthly performance against growth targets
• Prepare performance reports and clearly communicate what’s working, what isn’t and why
• Collaborate with the founder and wider team to support Dream Of’s growth
