The Sales & Marketing Executive will drive footfall and brand visibility for the Worli centre through local marketing initiatives, community outreach and lead generation.

Key Responsibilities
• Plan and execute local marketing activities to drive centre footfall.
• Build and manage community/corporate tie-ups for patient referrals and camps.
• Plan, organise and execute health screening/eye check-up camps (residential societies, corporates, schools, NGOs) to build the referral funnel.
• Develop and nurture doctor referral networks with GPs, optometrists, diabetologists and other specialists to generate consistent patient referrals into the centre.
• Identify and formalise tie-ups with hospitals, nursing homes, diagnostic centres and clinics for cross-referral and empanelment arrangements.
• Approach corporates for eye check-up/wellness camps under CSR or employee health initiatives, and manage end-to-end coordination and follow-up.
• Drive other business development initiatives such as insurance/TPA tie-ups, pharmacy and optical partnerships, RWA/society engagement,



and channel partner development within the assigned catchment.
• Generate and track leads through outreach, camps and promotional activities.
• Coordinate with the centre team to convert leads into consultations.
• Manage local branding, signage and promotional collateral for the centre.
• Report on marketing activity performance and lead conversion metrics.

• Footfall and lead generation targets achieved

• Number of camps conducted (society/corporate/school) and patients converted from camps
• Doctor referral panel size and referral volume from empanelled doctors/hospitals
